Open Training Day

I found out that the tickets were on general sale and it would only cost me 6 pounds. So there is no way I would pass on the opportunity to watch Man Utd train. Apart from seeing them real life, I might even get the chance to pick up a trick or two. Hehe.

We went off a bit late that day so on the way we decided to flag a taxi. There were already lots of people at the stadium when we got there. Unfortunately for us, we had to join the queue at the ticketing office because our ticket didnt get delivered.

Finally with the tickets in hand, we made our way into the famous stadium. hehe. The view from our seating was great. Sakai jua la olehnya, biasa la org baru2an. Not the whole stadium was used as you can see from the pics. We had to wait for some time because the players were still on their way. The host managed to get us entertain while waiting. He even got us do mexican wave. When the host interviewed this particular fan, sounds of booing was heard all around. I think you all know why. He was a liverpool fan!!

Host : Hi there young man. Which team do you support?

Liv. Fan : Liverpool ! *confidently*

All Man Utd fans : BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!~~~~~

Host : Security, we got a liverpool fan here.

Haha. Credit to that boy for being loyal to his club even when being surrounded by thousands of man utd fans.

Then came the moment we all had been waiting for. Everyone in the stadium rose to their feet as the player jog their way out of the tunnel and onto the pitch. I was really excited to see all the players I used to seeing on TV. Now real live. :D Too bad ronaldo was not there because he was still recovering from ankle surgery. Hope to see him on the 23rd September :p

After warm-ups, it was all serious business from the reds as they train with purpose. Ferdinand trained with enthusiasm and shouted as if they were in a real match which I think sets a good example to the rest of the players. He was committed 100% all the way but what the heck, they all were.

The training lasted for one hour. It was worthwile going. Hope next time dapat begambar sama drg. hehe. AND Thanks for watching it with me sayang :p
